We at Black Water Hoodoo strive to provide high-quality products/services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, please note that we have a strict no refund policy in place for the following reasons:

 

1. Digital Products/Services: Once a digital product or service has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund due to its nature.

 

2. Customized Items: Products that are customized or made-to-order are not eligible for refunds as they are tailored to the customer's specific requirements.

 

3. Services Already Rendered: Services that have been fully rendered by our team cannot be refunded as the time and resources have already been expended.

 

4. Intangible Goods: Refunds are not applicable to intangible goods such as digital downloads, online subscriptions,  licenses, or spiritual services.

 

5. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind or circumstances on the part of the customer.

 

6. Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items sold as clearance or final sale are not eligible for refunds.

Questions & Answers  


1. How long does it take to see results? 


Answer:
Manifestion time varies. Sometimes it can happen overnight and other times circumstances need to develop before you see physical results. Our rule of thumb is, "You need at least a year's worth of patience." The more patient you are the better.  

2. What is your return policy? 

Answer:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your product is damaged or you were shipped the wrong item, please contact us and we will ensure you receive the proper order. 

3. What happens if my order is cancelled? 

Answer:
If your order is cancelled you will recieve a full refund by the method of payment you used.
